Additionally, you can access your overall CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score and know how many promoters and detractors you have. You can apply various filters to this information to view it within different time frames and for specific tours. Moreover, you’ll have access to reports on the performance and evolution of your reviews, geolocations, and the best part is that you can schedule reports to recieve them directly to your email.

To start working with TourReview®, you can make payments using both credit/debit cards and PayPal. We offer these convenient payment options to cater to your preferences and ensure a smooth and secure payment process.
Your invoice ticket will be sent directly to the email you have provided. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us. Likewise, if you wish to change the email where invoices are sent, go to your profile tab and click on “edit.”
